How to Tech Your Car to Pass Inspection

To get on track you’ll need a tech sticker on your windshield. To get a tech sticker, you must pass a tech inspection. You can self-inspect your car:

1. Download and print the HPDE form
2. Watch this instructional video on the NASA NorCal YouTube Channel – subscribe!
3. Complete the form as you inspect each item
4. Turn it in to tech team, located in the paddock: see paddock map in your event welcome email message for location at each event

However, not everyone has the tools and experience to self-inspect their car. To have a NASA-approved inspection shop complete and sign the form for you, contact one of the shops listed below:
